By accessing or using the GrnSource website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. GrnSource is operated by TAF Industries Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 19 years of age or older to use this website and purchase our products. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement. GrnSource reserves the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor variations in appearance may occur. GrnSource sells smoking accessories only — we do not sell cannabis or any controlled substances.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (HST) will be added at checkout. GrnSource reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. GrnSource reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
