Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At GrnSource, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-returnable items include:

• Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear
• Rolling papers, cones, and consumable accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@grnsource.ca and include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method — GrnSource is not responsible for lost return shipments
• Return shipping address will be provided upon approval of your return request

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

• Check your bank account first
• Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
• If still unresolved, contact us at support@grnsource.ca
