Shipping Policy

1. Overview

GrnSource ships across Canada. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and discreetly.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — cost calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days — cost calculated at checkout
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — cost calculated at checkout
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

4. Local Delivery (Ontario)

GrnSource offers GreenRush™ on-demand local delivery in select Ontario regions.

• Delivery windows and availability are shown at checkout
• A delivery fee may apply based on your zone
• Age verification is required upon delivery

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within Canada only
• Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain provinces due to local regulations
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express or expedited orders

6. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no GrnSource branding on the outside of the box — only a return address label.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website or your GrnSource account order history.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@grnsource.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. GrnSource is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

9. Carrier Partners

GrnSource ships via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Carrier selection is based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
