Age Verification Policy

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

1. Age Requirement

GrnSource sells smoking accessories and cannabis-related products exclusively to individuals who are 19 years of age or older, in compliance with Ontario's Cannabis Act and applicable provincial regulations. By accessing or purchasing from GrnSource, you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age.

2. Age Verification at Checkout

All customers must confirm their age during the checkout process. By completing a purchase, you legally declare that:

• You are 19 years of age or older
• You are purchasing for personal use or as a gift for another person who is 19 years of age or older
• You will not make these products available to minors

3. Delivery Age Verification

For orders fulfilled via delivery, our delivery partners are required to verify the age of the recipient at the point of delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested. If age cannot be verified, the delivery will not be completed and the order may be subject to cancellation without refund.

Accepted forms of ID:

• Ontario Driver’s Licence
• Canadian Passport
• Federal or Provincial Government ID
• Permanent Resident Card

4. Enforcement

GrnSource reserves the right to:

• Cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 19 years of age
• Refuse service to any individual who cannot verify their age
• Report suspected violations to the appropriate authorities

5. Parental Responsibility

GrnSource is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors using a parent or guardian's account or payment method. We strongly encourage account holders to keep their login credentials secure.

6. Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with:

• Ontario's Cannabis Act, 2017
• Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017
• Federal Cannabis Act (S.C. 2018, c. 16)
